Actually, I believe software like PaintShop Pro is classified as a special image-making program.

Yeah, maybe when compared with paint... but if you take Paint as a serious program... then you have other issues. Paint was a joke by microsoft as just another reason to buy the OS.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PSP and PS aren't really anything special... it's what you do with them..
