Some people claim that they no longer burn monks after 91 cooking, others claim that there is no effect whatsoever. Z0mg look im so kool even mods tok to me. Those who says it has no effect have probably never tried cooking monks at 91. I am 92 cook and get all my fish and cook xp since 86 there.
