I have to do a project for my FACS (Family and Consumer Science; if you live in Indiana, you'd know it.) class. I have to cook one of the following: cookies, muffins, bread, or a simple cake. If anyone could give me a good recipe, it'd be much appreciated. I'd also like to makybe have a recipe involoving blueberries. Thanks!

Anyhow, I don't think I can use any toppings for it. Just the plain thingy I make. Like a Cinnamon Muffin (Please do not use that, my sister makes them all the time, I know the recipe by heart...).

Blueberry muffins.

 

 

 

1/4 cup butter

 

2 eggs

 

1/2 tsp. salt

 

1 c. sugar

 

2 c. flour

 

2 tsp. baking powder

 

1 tsp. vanilla

 

One-half cup milk

 

2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries

 

 

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

 

Grease and floor muffin pan (or use paper liners). Beat together butter, eggs, salt, and sugar.

 

Mix flour with baking powder and sift into first mixture, alternating with milk.

 

Blend in vanilla.

 

Add blueberries.

 

Pour into muffin pan and bake for 25 minutes.

I, erm, can't remember how it works though. It's like the 5+5 function that kicks in. Try naming a dessert and see what happens.

Okay, I'll check out some recipes on Google, and I'll have the blueberry muffins set up for a fall back plan. I'm in 7th grade right now, so that's why it is simple stuff...
