If i am using my main Pc and then using my wireless laptop to play RS, is that counted as account sharing or is it the same IP??

You aren't allowed to log in on any two or more of your accounts at the same time, however you do it.

I know that i was just wondering for one account at a time.

If you're logging in on two accounts at once, then it is against the RuneScape rules.

If you're logged on, on your laptop, then log out and switch to your computer that's fine. ;)

You may create more than one RuneScape account, but if you do, you may not log in more than one account at any time, and they must not interact with each other in any way. This includes 'drop trading' or any other method of item transfer.

Yes, I'm sure they would allow you to use two different computers to play runescape. How they catch people account sharing is like someone saying ingame 'this is so and so on my brothers account' and being reported for it... they don't go by IP.

Ok thanks, you put me to ease now.

Even if you have 2 accounts logged in but still not interacting with them. It is still illegal.

No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.

Yes, it's perfectly fine unless you have two accounts logged on.
