I've used the correct "colored" spells about a hundred times and can't seem to get past the massive hits I take when she attacks me. I'm wearing full mystic with dragon longsword and rune arrows! Maybe I need other types of armor??? Help!!

Where exactly? I've looked and there's only a general description of how to defeat her. I know what spells to cast when she's a certain color, but exactly ehat armor is best? What attack style? Etc.

No mage, Mage=suicide.

The tip it guide gives good advice on fighting this monster. They say to wear a combination of range and mage gear, making sure that your magic attack bonus is about +5. If you keep your distance from the mother, she will attack with range which will shred you if you are wearing only mage gear. I mixed and matched dhides with mystic and didn't have any trouble at all with this monster.

In my invo, I had lava and water staff, several blood and air runes. Magic short bow, dds, d scimmy and the rest monk fish.

 

 

 

She did hit quite high at times and sometimes found myself very close to death... But she's not really that hard to kill. I also didn't use the auto cast and used mith arrows.
