Randomly logged out

Featured Replies

Recently when I have been playing rs I have been logged out at random times, I haven't done anything unusual in-game and it has never hapened before. I'm sure its not lag or something because the game runs smoothly and everyting is as it should be. If you know whats wrong please tell me.

It is probably lag, but you say it has'nt been lagging before you log out so... I don't know. Maybe your antivirus software closing the connection or something, run a virus and adware scan.

I've also been in a computer that I got logged out while doing something. Fortuntely it wasn't my computer.

Have you tried low details? They should work better.

Have you left runescape for a cuple of minuites? because it auto-logs you out if you leave it for a while.

I've been playing rs when it has hapened and I have been playing on high-detail for over 1,5 years and never had any problems so I don't think thats the problem. I've just had the problem for around 3 days. And I've always been playing on the same computer.

Some actions can take longer than the timeout - doesn't matter if your character is busy, if there's been no input.
