Using my favorite screenshot of oblivion, I did the line work and then went on to get what you see below. I wanted to get away from all the normal shading ways that most pixelers use. I decided I would use absolutely no dithering and no flat colors. The entire thing will be shaded with pencil and spray can. How do you know where to put certain color pixels you ask? I dont know, I just try stuff and see if it works and if it does I try to improve it. Tell me what you think.
