This is to eliminate multiple accounts that never get used and end up clogging our database. If your sister would like an account here on Tip.It, then we recommend that you follow Mercifull's advice. Simply create a free web-based email account for her. Try hotmail.com, mail.yahoo.com, mail.com, mail.lycos.com, or any other service.
