Go Chicago Bears!

Seeing as your mining isn't even on the highscores, it probably wouldn't be very effective at your level. Get a decent mining (60-65 maybe?). Then it will work.

If you're F2P and you're new, the best way to make cash is to do "Fast Airs" on World 16.

Do the Rune Mysteries quest, mine 25 rune essence, and take you Air Talisman (from Rune Mysteries Quest) to the World 16 Air Altar south of Falador.

Trade your 25 "unnoted" rune essence to an air crafter for 25 "noted" rune essence and 2K-3k gp. Run back to Fally East bank, deposit the noted essence, withdraw unnoted essence, and do it again... and again... and again...

If you stick with it, you can make 40-60K/hour, although you're not going any kind of XP. But that's a ridiculous amount of cash for a new player.

Do that for a few hours, and you have all the cash you'll need (at your level) for a few months. Lots of free cash will make getting XP in other skills a lot easier.
