I would go to PC and just melee or range whichever you prefer and spend points on magic

personally my favorite way is to do the Fletch/Alch Way. Read about it Here from 7.1) Turning Point to 7.5) Statistics

I suggest you NOT alch. Alching does not do any damage, meaning you get no hp exp. If you are willing to lose all of that exp than go ahead. But you should do a diff way(not that i know how im just trying to save you some hp exp)

Well either do pest control, which is very fast and gives you something to focus on, or you could use the Al Kharid mage training arena? Lots of variety, time limits to keep pushing you, only downside is its expensive if you dont make your own runes. Another upside though is that you get points for your training, which you can buy tradeable stuff with :).

Ice burst at pest control is the fastest way to train. You could also train with magic dart by doing Barrows. That way you can train and make money, though it will be slow training.

jagex made the mage training arena for a reason you know. i personally trained like 20 mage lvls there and earned my first 2 mil from selling the mage robe

Only the enchant arena is really fast training, and only with level 5 or 6 enchant. However, it is about as far from "fun" as possible, so I would avoid that place for training if fun training is your goal.

o ya i forgot about the fun factor, then nvm its horrible, still a good place to train though

Yeah, enchanting is definitely cheap and quick exp. A great place to train if fun is not your goal.
