If it has a tune, then it is music. There are even sounds in nature that are music. Music doesn't need to be superficially made with instruments to be considered music. Also... And would you rather me take everything you said as a joke instead of literally? If you say "rap is technically not music", how else would I take it? You're an idiot if you expect anyone take that any other way. To answer your question, I would rather you say nothing at all if you're wrong all the time. You can't believe that rap isn't music, that makes no sense at all. It's not like you have your own special definition of what music is, it's a fact that rap is music.
