I know you can use the emotes in non members, but can you buy and wear then if your not a member? ctim Posted November 10, 2006 Share Posted November 10, 2006 I belive your wrong. I think that if it's a non-member skill that you have maxed out at 99 then you can get it as a non-member. I could be wrong but that is what I belive since all non-member skill cape givers are in non-member parts of runescape. 91% percent of the people polled said they were liers. The other 9% lied to us.
