November 15, 200619 yr Have a blast. And to answer your question, got to File > Save For Web > Then this: Go to optimize File size then select the size you want. Though this is PS Elements 4, and I remember you haveing CS, CS2, or PS7 or something other than elements. So its probably different. Hope I helped.
