It says it's too big, like it's supposed to be 30kb. Can someone resize it? I know it's possible as a sig, I know someone who has done it. :P

And to answer your question, got to File > Save For Web > Then this:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Go to optimize File size then select the size you want.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Though this is PS Elements 4, and I remember you haveing CS, CS2, or PS7 or something other than elements. So its probably different.
