Fast Thieving Exp...

I need to lvl up my thieving to 50 (for ledgends, then onto desert treasure), but I find pickpocketing really boring (click, click, click etc...). Is there a better way (quicker/not as boring) of lvling up (maybe pyramid plunder, if my lvl will allow)... :-k

Hmmm.... there's a few quests that gives thieving exp.

There are quite a few quests that will help.

 

 

 

Pickpocketing isnt that bad.

 

 

 

If you get really bored you could try some stalls, the exp isnt as good, but its something different

Even though you can only make it into the fourth room, I'd still recommend Pyramid Plunder. It's a really fun and diverse way of thieving. I always have a ball there. There's a good Pyramid Plunder guide (focussing on xp) in the AoW or the Player Made Guides.

You will get around 22k exp per hr at pyramid plunder at your level, which is slightly better than pickpocketing master farmers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I hope you've done Feud quest which is easy and gives 15k thieving exp :)

Got my thieving to 50, now just herblore to 45 to get...

i am 99 theiving, and got it way before the pyramid was released so i cannot give you any advice on that.

 

 

 

i have heard it is great xp tho.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

for me i did the npc's that would give me things in return.

 

 

 

for example i theived the pallies (at lvl 70) cuz at the time it was the quickest way for me to get chaos's

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

from 90 - 99 i simply did hero's and master farmers(you can do the master farmers at your level).

 

 

 

i kept the seeds (and gave some away, but you could sell?). and used the stuff from hero's to further crafting etc.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

the farmers are left click too, which means no idiot can come along and kill that npc you have worked items out of for the past half hour or so (thats gotta be a good thing surely?)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

for hero's (would work for any npc in ardy) i used the cake stall as food and just kept at it till i was full,bank and repeat.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

good luck, and a word of warning. don't do any skill if it is boring. no point in playing a game if its not fun imo :thumbsup:
