hi my runescape account got locked but i forgot i deleted the transaction id that was in 1 of the emails any idea how to get another or unlock my account?

try to send a letter to jagex and let them send u a new mail if u can still logon your aco[bleep] on ur mail system

i sent 3 emails already and they said i need my transaction id they dont seem to realise i dont have that or my agreement number

That's why you're supposed to keep a copy of that safe. Cuz if you loose it you're in trouble.

1st I am assuming you paid for your members account with a creditcard, hence worldpay.

 

 

 

What you need to do is log into worldpay with your account number and password.

 

 

 

I will also assume you didn't write down either.

 

 

 

Call Wordpays help line, it can be found on the web site.

 

 

 

Give them the info you require, they will need proof you own the account, the creditcard number and the RS name will suffice.

 

 

 

Now armed with the account number you can recover your world pay account with the account number and the original e-mail it was registered with, do this on the Worldpay web site password recovery page.

 

 

 

In a few minutes you will receive the new password, WRITE IT DOWN!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Now log into your worldpay account, and viola, you now have the last 3 years of transaction numbers. The 1st one is the number Jagex wants to unlock your account.

always keep ur code man... remember it somewhere. if u lost it, then ask jagex for it. they lock your account because they want to check if u r the real owner. so, when the test cames, u dont got the number..thats the problem

Every month, when I'm billed for my membership, I get an email from "shopper at uk.worldpay.com" titled "Confirmation: CARD Transaction".

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In it is a new transaction ID every month.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Check you emails spam/junk filter if you're not getting the emails.

Is there a transaction id for the uk players who text to pay?
