First off, I think that the *best* way to start your own clan is to actually have experience in another clan. If you know nothing about clans, then you are in for it. You will fail miserably. You should experience a clan first then see the good, the bad, and the ugly side of it. Then you can structure your clan better.

Organization is definitely more important. I think that if everyone cooperates and works together, it is just as strong as high levels running around. High levels donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t mean jack, I mean, everyone can spend their whole day in RS training combat, but they might still now know how to PK.

Yeah you're right, this just happened to us last month. They left with a good handful of members too.

I think they mean they join you clan, THEN they push to become a leader.

If you've been in a clan long enough, you'll know it happens a lot. Like people say they were an admin at their old clan and all of a sudden, they wanna be admins in this clan too. Unfortunately, ranks are not transferable.

Well their clan has a cap of 25 members. So they are VERY tight knit so it's easier to collaborate with each other compared to the more lager clans of 100+.

Really I think people like having power. I mean, who really would turn down a high position if we *think* we can do it. Personal, these people have way too much ambition. If you really think you can be a good leader, get out and make your own clan.

Only have one if you have enough time to actually get on it and use it.

Too bad there's not a way for people to actually stop names of people not in the clan getting on the list.

Well really, everyone listens to the higher levels because the are (most of the time) trying to do what's best for the clan and best for the people in the clan. I mean, someone needs to step out and do something or else no one will do anything.

Whoa, this was a bit of time ago, I have my clan go to Tip It Events for fun too. having it clan based would be a good experience too. I think it's a good idea, only problem is that there are not that many clans actually participating on the clan forums to achieve the maximum turnout. Most come here for the recruitment and that's it.

How'd they make sure that that specific person attended 2 events? It's a lot to keep track of.
