Ranged accuracy vs Melee accuracy

Would level 76 ranged be more accurate than level 70 attack? Assuming that it has the same attack and range bonus.

Assuming you have same equivilent arrows to weapon and the monster has same defence against both styles of attack, I'd say yes.

Definitely, ranged is WAY more accurate than melee, especially if your ranged level is higher than your attack level.

I have to say that ranged is definitely wayy more accurate than melee, especially cause i've been training on lessers for a while now, and with range I around 80% hits with steel arrows at 70 ranged, in comparison to 71 atk and not hitting as often with a rune weapon
