It's possible to get rune armour, a set for 180k from the smithers and i don't know if they actually make profits from selling for that. Rune! It should have declined much faster in price, each week there are more Smiths getting to a level where they can make Rune armour and more P2p'ers getting Rune items in Treasure Trails and drops. However, Rune is the most sought after item for F2p'ers, and the most commonly worn material in the game. The supply for it is always constant, there's never a time when people don't want Rune armour, hell in World 1 Rune items have the biggest section of space dedicated to selling them in the whole of Varrock! You can get them really cheap. They have been getting cheaper, smithers are getting the levels faster than mellers getting the levels and money.
