November 25, 200619 yr You have to finish a really easy quest to wield the Elemental Shield, It is called Elemental Workshop. Look on the Tip.it homepage for a guide if you really need it lol :)

The scythe cannot be obtained if you didn't get it in the 2003 Halloween drop. For the sickle, just buy a sickle mold and use a silver bar on a furnace with the mold in your inventory. I don't believe you need a quest. They are different however.
