November 28, 200619 yr Here's Tip.it's map of the area. Look in the bottom right hand corner. Below and a little to the left of Lletya where there's a tree icon. You should see it say Islwyn and Eluned. I belive Islwyn is the one you need to speak to.

November 28, 200619 yr Wow, these people are telling you the wrong location. You do NOT talk to the two elves that move between the northern side of the 'kingdom' and the southern side. You have to talk to an elf who is west of roving elves quest start area (I believe). There is only one female elf there and she talks about recharging. If you go to the two elves, you wont get to recharge, however, you will get to buy a bow or shield. I did that the first time i went to recharge and ended up buying a bow for 900k and then finding the other elf and recharging my bow for 900k.
