If these are my stats, where should i train to gain levels in combat (strength, attack and defense)?

Deadly Red Spiders, Flesh Crawlers, Zombies (in wild).

Try the stronghold of security. In theory if u stand still in a lvl 2 or deeper location, the monsters will constantly attack u cuz theyre aggresive. ALl u have to do is eat-heal. I havent tried it out myself...

I second Deadly Red Spider, but I would say do it in Karajma the non multi zone instead of Varrock sewers. I train from 50/50/50 (att,str,def) to 70/50/70 for staking before I went members. Excellent place to train.

Well the only problem i have with deadly red spiders is that they don't drop anything

Hill Giants. Decent Xp and drops.

I like to kill mossies on crandor. It is sometimes crowed and you skill might be a little low, but you should be able to do it. They have the best constant drop of any monster in f2p. Plus you get big bones so you level prayer as well.

moss gianst i think best all around, decent drops , you gets lots of runes so you can lvl mage too,and theres a short trip to a fishing spot on karamja

 

 

 

theres mossies in varrock sewers too but those are multicombt..

you could do lessers since you can cook and fish lobs/swordies if you're going for good drops also. However, if you want both good xp and reasonable drops then definitely moss giants

You could go to the first level in the Stronghold on the minutaurs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The iron arrow and noted rune ess are perfect drops for stay in there long.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

(I went in for a day and came out with 7k iron arrows and 1.3k ess, along with a few extra levels)

lesser demans on karaja or mossie's

I suggest 2 things.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Moss giants (but they can be too crowded at times)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And #1 best suggestion is ice giants and ice warriors in the ice cave where you obtain blurite ore.

holy u didnt look @ his stats..in no way would ice cave be good training for him..it would just be a big food waste

also is there a way i can raise my magic lvl up quickly?

i'm 65 now; the all fresh crawler room in lvl 2 of stronghold was excellant exp; so were the spiders in sewers. those are nice cuz all you have to do is eat and i can do stuff while fighting. i tried the ice giants but i don't kill them fast enough. maybe once i get my stats up more. but i did get 4 black kites, 3 mith sqrs, and a bajillion nats on my 5 times w/ the ice giants.
