December 6, 200619 yr When will technology go to far? A man in England is inventing technology that implants computers in your brain, so you can use your thoughts to navigate the internet and communicate with others. It's a giant step forward to our destruction. How far are we away from hearing "We will add your biological and technological constructiveness to our own. Resistance is Futile." line that SciFi loves to throw around? I agree with Bluetear's opinion. You took a pretty big jump in linking that to our destruction. Why is it such human nature to instinctively be afraid of technology? I just don't get why when people hear about some technology they're unfamiliar with, instead of being interested in what gains we could get, they automatically revert to thinking it's a sign of the apocalypse or something.
