Please note the experience 'per tear' is based on how high your lowest level is. When your lowest skill reaches level 30, the experience 'per tear' will remain constant.

I thought it was 10x tears, but I was wrong.

 

 

 

Unfortunately, I have to wait til sunday to find the over 30 level.

I'm quite sure theat above lvl 30 it is 30 exp per tear. Below that it varies, not sure.
