stingkid Posted December 9, 2006 Share Posted December 9, 2006 Lately I've been training my mage to go pking. It's only 37 and I'm stuck on fire bolt. For fire bolt you need chaos runes. Here's my dilemma: Buying them from other players is no good because there are rarely people who will sell. When there are people who will sell, they are selling for outlandish prices. Buying them in the rune stores is not really an option because you have to waste time buying them in 10s or waste time waiting for them to restock. Lastly, I cant go into the wilderness looking for them because at the dark knights castle, there's always people standing guard waiting for desperates like me to come walking by so they can kill me and then... take my chaoses. I really need help. If anyone could tell me any other ways to gain chaos runes hitch free, it would be greatly appreciated. - Screwed every which way and what. Stingkid. What's special about world two that makes people sell chaoses cheap? He doesn't mean that it's cheaper there, he just means it's easier to find them there because of all the merchants. Mamong Posted December 10, 2006 Share Posted December 10, 2006 I recommend you stick with rune shops, depending on how much you are planning to buy. Btw, how much do you plan to buy?? If it's under 3k, you can get cheap chaos from the rune store in a few hours and its not too bad on the ole fingers. Or you can just buy them, if you have problems getting them on F2P, have you got any member friends. You may be able to give them cash to buy you chaos runes as they can use the forums and use world 2 as well. Randomnameless Posted December 10, 2006 Share Posted December 10, 2006 If you are f2p i wouldn't sujjest you trained with bolts. You should only use them to pk since they are so hard to get.
