With those stats and equipment, I would recommend that you get 70 mage through high alching or something of the sort. You could also put it into range (buying arrows and such to train with). The best method is to use one skill for the other. Woodcut --> fletch --> range. In your case, you could Buy-->fletch---Range. or Buy essence --> runecraft --> mage.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Basically: spend money on stats. Items are pretty much worthless without the stats.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you had 70 attack, i would recommend a whip though.

You could always spend it on construction. IF you want to get rid of money fast that is the way to do it. Also a house is really usefull if you have a high enought construction level.
