I can't remember who made this sig, but the quality looks like it was saved as a JPG...and I know the original artist wouldn't have done that. I need help...what's the original artist's name (I think it was either Videl or VanMir) and is his/her RS Username "Obese Ox?"

Yea I thought the same. Then again, why would a ripper not inclose his name?

The credit says that they think that person did it so maybe it was just VanmiR that messed up by forgeting to include his name.

He is on MayhemMakers.com and i think that he finished that sig about three months ago.

There's our answer, thanks Darrel. I guess JaGeX just messed up the quality when they saved it as a JPG.
