karajanhra Posted December 13, 2006 Share Posted December 13, 2006 I've been trying to upgrade to Membership by Visa/Master Card. Everytime I fill out the form involving name, address, etc. and submit it, the resulting screen appears blank. I've discovered by copy-and-paste that the next screen IS in fact there, but I cannot click the Continue button because the actual screen appears blank.
