December 16, 200619 yr maby jagex actualy clears out the low lvls that are never used. I thought they kept them to keep the total account number up.

December 17, 200619 yr Maybe jagax ip banned you. Create a new account and see what it says. If you can create a new account than make sure you spelled your names and pass's right.
