This one isn't entirely about ways to make money. I'm simply wondering how a lot of the higher level players got such fat wallets. I see 20 million in some banks, 30, 50, 100 even. I have 1 million and that was after a week of skilling and merchanting. I can't even imagine taking that to five. What's the deal? You guys in touch with Jagex or something? :P

Most common reason:

- Bought one-time drops when they were dropped and sold them recently for millions

But not everyone who's rich got it simply by playing the game from the beginnings. A lot of people work very hard, putting in many hours a week, and are also very apprehensive of the economy and how they can get the most profit from it ;)

well I made my 24 odd million by doing barrows mainly, as well as just general playing - not really from skilling.

its pretty easy really, the longer you play the more you make - it all adds up.
