So everything that happens in a Private server doesn't happen in Runescape. Private servers often give people the ability to gain all items they want. Like Party Hats and other rares. Tough, this is on the private server, not on Runescape. People like saying it's Runescape while in fact, they didn't do a thing about it. Those servers are bad, stay away from them. Since most try to steal your password etc. from your REAL Runescape account.
