Does anyone know the max damage of having 100 strength? (If you can get it that is, I mean, I don't know if the skill capes work with combat skills...)

Its the same as 99, but perhaps we will be getting some level 100 abilities soon?

I don't think they will have the level go beyond 100 without pots or skill capes. They only put the skill capes in because people were bugging them to have a level over 99.

 

 

 

Also i don't think they will increase the bounsus for 100 strength, because the cape is really only for show.

It actually depends what the weapon you're using it with is.. With certain weapons, that extra 1 may increase your max hit by 1. But as stated, pots are much more effective anyway, I doubt many people (if any at all) actually use that 1 strength bonus while training, most will be using pots.
