Maxidataxi
You can make a outline of your stock with the lasso tool and feather it to about 10 pixels. Then erase at about 40% opacity. What this does is erase the edges of your stock partially to make them blend perfectly with the bg (on the edges at least) Dont you have to invert selection after feathering? I forgot to mention that. You can also just not connect the selection, instead loop back around to the beginning of it when you've almost connected the starting and finishing line. That was probably gibberish but if it was, just invert the selection. Right click inside the selection>Invert. Protect the Light...
Blafferty10
question:If i wanted just the face of somebody but it has a black background how do i delete the background but keep the face?
Viktorkrum77
You have to use the magic wand tool to get rid of the background on a stock/render. OR if the background is black/dark (it might work with white too), you can set it the layer to lighten and it will remove the black/dark areas. This is usually used for C4Ds and doesn't work very well with stocks, but you can give it a shot if you want. Go to http://planetrenders.net and download some renders there, they're all cut aswell. :) But sometimes the person is the same color as the background, or similar, and the magic wand will only get rid of a portion of the background if you get rid of say, a persons neck for example. And then you can't cut out the render. Me doing staff.

In this case you would use the lasso tool and manually cut out a selection of the background. :) question:If i wanted just the face of somebody but it has a black background how do i delete the background but keep the face? Use the lasso tool, and select any layers you want to get rid of. Once you've made your selection hit "delete". Protect the Light...
