Training Magic

Featured Replies

I am f2p and want to become a mage/skill pure. Does anyone have any ideas to train magic cheap and fast?

Probably the response most will give you is "wear full metal armour and constantly fail curses".

It is the best experience, but terribly boring from what I've heard.

Failing curses is the cheapest way, not the fastest.

I'd runecraft a pile of minds and airs, and fire strike away...but then again, I never buy runes. You can then autocast, while you have to click twice per curse.

Thank the world for spell checkers.

let me rephrase that, I have level 1 magic. Once I am done casting air strikes (paid for by the magic tutor), what should I do?

If you'd like to gain some Hitpoints experience in the process, I would make/buy a bunch of Air runes and Mind runes and Fire Strike your way through. This will also level up your Runecrafting skill if you decide to make them all.

I've never tried Curses myself, so I can't really help you there. Although I've heard it's extremely cheap, it doesn't give you any Hitpoints experience along the way.

I have mixed emotions about curses. Once i stocked up 13k bodies and 26k waters, and sat in the white knights castle casting curses for nearly 2 weeks. So if ur feeling like u want to have a traumatic experience too, i say go for it!

[u literally count the minutes go by... i recommend fire strike despite the cost]

Life is a joke. Yeah, I don't get it either.
