I have been working really hard on a my first sig, I was using pait. I finnaly got done with the character and all I need now is my backround. I decided to resize my character to fit the 100 pixel height before I started working on my backround, but whenever i make it smaller the quality turns horrible. Can someone try to make this 100 pixels in height without hurting the quality? thanks

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Only thing you can do to keep the same quality in smaller version...is redraw it smaller. Else you'll either have a fuzzy image or an antialiased one (based on the program u use to compress it)

Pixel is the smallest thing u can see onscreen. That's why when u size a pixel image to a smaller version, you don't have a direct match between old pixels and new ones. Some are removed...

grrrr well i just wasted the past 4 hours of my life on that!! thanks for stoping me on wasting more time on the backround

Just work and fix the line/colours of the fuzzy resized version... :roll:
