You would put on weight as you age. If you live a already healthy lifestyle you should be fine and stop worrying about it. Plus, like already mentioned big muscles do not suit females.

Work out, build muscle.

I'm not very knowledgble in the subject though, wait for BlueLancer to post.

she said she was a girl ^^

or did i misunderstand it and ur meaning that ur too skinny to get a girl? : O

I'm fairly sure a girl can still build muscle...

LOL! My neighbor works out and she built a decent bit of muscle over the summer.. She's still cute though ;)

@Jin: Unless you look anorexic skinny I don't think you should worry about trying to put on weight. Just eat what you want and if you don't get any heavier you'll still be fine. Or working out could help you keep a nice figure and put on some weight from the muscle you'll gain. Keep your body fat percent in a healthy range and don't get to that anorexic look and you'll be just fine ;)

Eat healthy power food, train your muscles, don't eat to much fat.

Hmm yes I want to gain weight what shouldn't I eat.... FAT! Of course... how stupid of me.

Try becoming fat purely on fat food

Where's your funeral?

You do realise that fatty foods generally contain other minerals, right?

I do know that, but if you want some weight purely on fat. The cholestrol is going to rise big times, which isn't really nice <.< .

You're fine the way you are :D

just build muscle and eat food so you dont lose the liltle fat you got and youl look less skynny and not fat

Ok, this is where Health and Social Care lessons come in handy.

The best foods to eat to gain weight are carbhydrates, so bring on the bread, but have a healthy and well-balanced diet. Also before you go to gain weight you should check your BMI because you may be your ideal weight. As long as your BMI is not lower than 18.5 or higher than 24.5 then you are fine.

I would not worry too much about your weight until you have passed puberty (if you haven't already) as during this time your body changes.

You would put on weight as you age. If you live a already healthy lifestyle you should be fine and stop worrying about it. Plus, like already mentioned big muscles do not suit females.

since when is that? a lil muscle on females is nice (not bodybuilder type that you can see the veins popping out and stuf but just normal muscle's looks good on female's)

You should gain muscle instead.

I'd say a good.....70 of the lbs are muscle. The guy is small, but weighs a ton. There's a good example.
