I just started and have it lv 5. What is the best way to get it to lv 15. I want it high so i can plant trees at my house. I have potatoes and marigolds right now that i am growing. should i just farm those for a while? :-k

Keep a regular circuit and youll level in no time

If you haven't already done "Recipe for Disaster - Goblin Generals" Quest/Subquest, that'll get you 1K XP right there (probably close to level 14).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There are also several other lower-level quests that will get you no-hassle farming XP (such as "A Fairy tale Part I" 3K xp, and you get "Magickal Secataurs", which improve your crop yield by 10%!)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I'd recommend getting as much farming XP via quests as you can manage until you can start planting trees. Trees are a very, very easy way of getting quick and hassle-free Farming XP.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And remember: always use super-compost! Not regular compost. On everything you plant.

there are a few quests, but for me its the tears of guthix minigame,

One small favor quest can provide a highly effective boost to farm exp if you choose to apply the reward there. I did tears for a while, then chain quested Forgotten Tale of Drunken Dwarf and Garden of Tranquility. It boosted me to around 30 or so. My farming has slowed a bit but I'm getting back in there.

Using super-compost on potatoes and marigolds is kind of a waste... I'd only use it on trees and herbs, but it's your choice.

I don't think it's a waste, especially considering how easy pineapples are to come by, what with all the Charter crewmembers throughout runescape.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You could double your yield, which doubles your XP, which gets you out of those low levels faster.
