January 2, 200719 yr Hi, I'm currently 46 in crafting and I want to get to 50. Im stuck between silver or cowhides. I don't wanna spend much on it coz I'm really poor right now so any advice? Ultra Unholy,Hearted Machine...
January 2, 200719 yr Kill cows for thier hides, tan them and craft them? That's the best I can think of. :anxious: No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.
January 2, 200719 yr For cowhides: 100gp for 37xp For silver: 300gp for 52.5xp (~100gp for 17.5xp) Therefore cowhides are cheaper. Pwned~'nuff said P.S: Click on the link in my siggy. Pretty much what Dragon said.Thread terminated.I guess that means I'm the thread Terminator? No Tip.Iters were harmed in the making of this post.
January 2, 200719 yr How does it cost money to make silver stuff? I just mine silver at the guild and smith it in falador.
January 2, 200719 yr Well, mine it yourself and you won't need to pay a penny. It won't take that long - other players might get the upper hand depending on your mining level. I suggest either killing the cows [i'm really a vegetarian] for the cowhides, or do silver. Legendary F2P Skiller
January 2, 200719 yr When I train things I mix it so I'm not THAT bored: like mining some silver, then killing cows and making leather, smelting and crafting the silver, do some more cows... you get it.
January 2, 200719 yr Go camp out at the crafting guild and bring a couple K's. Kill cows gett them tanned, craft, drop and repeat. It will only cost you 3gp to get each hide tanned and is probably the fastest method short of buying all the hides yourself. I do not recomend mining silver as it can be very time consuming just to get the ores, let alone smelting them, and then crafting.
