entangle does what it says on the tin, holds your target in place for 15 seconds (if succesful)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

charge allows you to hit up to 30 with the god spells

Yes, if it didn't fail, then no other spell can override it. They'll stay entangled.

However, they can still teleport, so teleblock + entangle works wonders.

I think that if ur target is using prayer, the holding time will be decreased by half.

That's right, underu2000. Using Protect From Magic will reduce the binding/snaring/entangling time by half.
