meb
I am a lvl 80 ranger and I need soem training advice. I am using steel arrows. What I will not do: -PEST CONTROL -Fire giants (too crowded) -Any kind of dragons I have 65 slayer, but safespotting dusties is incredibly annoying. I also want something with drops, so no experiments. I don't like using a crystal bow either. And I want to be able to pick my arrows up. Narrows it down a bit doesn't it :P . Retired 2146 overall - 136 combat - 6 skillcapes Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks. TheEvilGizm0
Wow, you basicly wont train on anything that's good XP :P If you absolutely want to stick to those rules of yours, try Ogres in King Lathas' Training Camp. They finally got it right.
meb
wrong section...this should go in help & advice I thought I did, sorry. Wow, you basicly wont train on anything that's good XP If you absolutely want to stick to those rules of yours, try Ogres in King Lathas' Training Camp. But Ogres have awful drops :P . I'll try Dust Devils tomorrow, but I never get lucky :( . twr_phr33k
Range benifits your Hitpoints a lot, so I would cross Pest out of my book unless you want the fast experience points. I would downgrade to iron knives and kill Fire Giants - even if it's always crowded. Don't forget Ava's Accumulator.
rft
have you thought of greater demons in the ogre enclave? you cant get your arrows back but the drops are not terrible either as long as you bring telegrab runes... You could also try elves or hellhounds (if you want clue drops). TBH, I do most of my combat training on slayer assignments and just pick and choose the tasks the i want to melee/range. There are also a few safe spots for bloodvelds, but the drops are not great. Best Barrows Chest: guth skirt, dh helm, dh axe, racks, gp (23/08/06); best tt reward: robin, guthix helm, guthix legs, nats, rune legs
