Tip.it has always been the skilling community. Majority of pking clans don't bother with it, and the majority of skillers don't go to rsc. Making skilling clans a little more apparent/available likely had a pretty decent impact on those interested in joining...which was probably a lot, since it appeals to the basic demographic of tip.it.
