Help... Imaging Problems Out The Wazoo

Recommended Posts

Here's the deal... I have an image I want to put in my siggy, but its way to big. I need to know how to size it down about 70KB. The other problem? I have it on an image host, but the URL won't work for pasting it onto the boards. Someone help. I know I'm about to get a whole lot of flaming for being a "image noob." Yeah this is kinda my first image siggy problem so... go easy.
