So i want to train construction but don't wanna run my own planks, I want to try a butler.So i wanna let butler take my noted planks to bank to unnote them and then make a trip to sawmill to make planks. My questions about a bultler are:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1)After How many trips do i pay my butler?

 

 

 

2)How mutch do i need to pay the butler?

 

 

 

3)What do i need to be able to use a butler?

 

 

 

4)I wanna use butler to get 72 construction from 50, I need to build 1663 oak larders (13304 oak planks) to get to 72 con.How mutch would i need to pay my butler in total(unnote logs,take logs to sawmill,...)?

 

 

 

5)What is the suggested inventory?

 

 

 

6)Is this way recommended or is it better to just buy my own planks?

 

 

 

7)WhaT way would be cheapest?

I have read the guide but it does not say after how many trips u need to pay him and what u need to use a butler?

1) dunno

 

 

 

2) 10k

 

 

 

3) 50 construction

 

 

 

4) depends if u get ur own logs or if u buy them

 

 

 

5) all oaks noted, about 100k just to be sure u got enough to pay him, saw, hammer, and other materials needed to build ladder...o and many many TIME

 

 

 

6) really not sure

 

 

 

7) i read that buying the is more expensive but not too much

Every 10 trips you need to pay him.

I know i need 50 con but what rooms do I need to be able to use him?

 

 

 

I have all the logs I need for 72 construction.

You'll need 2 bedrooms to use any butler/maid/cook.

Well if you need a saw, hammer, money, and noted logs: You would have 24 spaces left for the unnoted items/planks each time. Meaning it will take you 1110 trips to the bank and sawmill, and since you have to pay him 10k every 10 trips, then you would need 1.11 million.

 

 

 

(Note: This is based on info from above, i'm f2p so i wouldn't know how many items you would need)

It might be more cost effecient to use the butler under him. He only takes a few seconds more than the demon, and can hold as many planks as you can fit in your inventory with the right larder set up, plus you pay him half as much as demon.
