1/10 ? Come on it's better than most of the ones i've seen around recently...Yet not a masterpiece but 1/10 is totaly out of any reason.

there is an effect, look at the trees they r bent to the left, and if i remember right, the last time i saw a tree's leaves blow right it went back further left then it would have with no wind.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

my opinion is anima BLOWS!!! i would pick that guy over any anima EVER!
