Hence, you can be fighting almost all of the time with fast respawns. If you pick some of the mid to lower level monsters then you won't even need much food. You earn exp based on the hit that you do, hence, constantly killing lower level monsters can provide easy and (relatively) safe training. Hope this helps

Fools_Taco
SoS will work, I would recommend level 2, particularly the flesh crawlers. When they stop being aggressive just switch rooms. For instance, I always start with the south east room, it̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s all flesh crawlers. Now when the flesh crawlers in that room start attacking you move to the room west and a bit south of the middle room, its full of flesh crawlers and zombies. Again, once this room stops being aggressive move back to the south east room. The travel time between the rooms is small, maybe about 60 seconds between, and the time it takes for the monsters to stop being aggressive I would estimate about 10 minutes in each room. Another tip: Pick up the herbs if you are paying attention, ID them and only keep the ranarr weeds. I have made millions doing this.
Goobore
...those will eventually stop being agressive... Then he just leaves the room and then comes right back. Standard operating procedure for auto attack training. ...the only monsters that work well like that... Huh? Refreshing the auto-attack ability of monsters is rather trivial. He's gonna have to keep 1 eye on the screen anyway because of random events, so leaving the room, briefly, every so often is not a big burden. Blue_Eggz
At about that level on my main I always found that the Baby Blue Dragons in Taverly dungeon worked fine - Good Prayer EXP and not to hard. If you think you can handle the Blue Dragons (level 111), I recmond you bring good food, anti-dragon shield and good defense. Good luck.
LethalGames
I heard giant spiders where good, I been training on fg's and tzhaarr's, burn food but eh... I been to stronghold and couldn't find any area's with auto attack, I asked for this because I alt tab alot and can't click and eventually wind up losing alot of time on rs.. Goobore
... I been to stronghold and couldn't find any area's with auto attack... They're there, you just gotta look around a bit more. What level where you on? IIRC, the flesh-crawlers on level 2 are aggressive towards every player. Hope this helps
