Skull Scepter.

I'm on my fifth trip for getting the left half of skull on the sceptre but I'm still not getting it :evil: other people are getting 10 on each trip What am I doing wrong? BTW I'm attacking the lvl 75 ankous is that the right thing to attack?

I got 3 in a row once, i have no idea how..but i did. Its totally random and ive been down there a few times for an hour or mre and not gotten one. and Yes, any ankou is the right thing to atk.

10 per trip is exagerated, unless theyre there for hours. Of course its luck. I cant confirm if the higher lvl ankous drop the left skull half more often than the lower ones.

i don't even bother with the higher level ones, because there are ghosts in the same room and they auto attack also. Just go with the lower level ones, I've gotten more from them than the higher level ones. Their drop rate is completely random though, so you could get 5 in a row for all I know, or none at all. But it take me forever to get my first one. Good luck on getting one :) .

Using the south room safespot, I took 1500 fire strikes - did two runs like that, averaging about 20 strikes for a takedown, so 75 ankou.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

One run gave me just one skull piece, another run gave me 4.

 

 

 

It's a bit like trying to get a rune med out of a lesser, though my main now getting good luck on those too - now disappointed if I don't get one in a couple of lobster reloads.
