Combat, alternative to experiments / rock crabs?

Hello,

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ive just got combat levels up to 60/60/45. Im getting bored of rock crabs, experiments and moss giants so was wondering what an alternative could be. Obviously the monster has to give good exp and such, so was just wondering on your suggestions. Id rather keep away from pest control for the moment.

While Slayer is quite boring in the early going, mid and high-level slayer assignments are great for drops, and a lot of 'em are easy to kill.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So do whatever your Slayer Master assigns to you.

You could try the Stronghold of Security.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There are a lot of monsters on the 4 levels and in "small" rooms,

 

 

 

so you have many places to fight of different levels.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Drops aren't anything special though.

I'm guessing you're a member... so the Stronghold would be great for you! For now I'd probably recommend sticking to the Flesh Crawlers on the second level. There's a room full of 'em in one corner of it (don't remember the exact location). They drop lots of fire runes and herbs... and a few other things. Check out the Bestiary for more information.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Once you get to a attack and strength level (assuming defense will stay 45), go on to the level 75 Ankous in the very last level. Right north of the entrance is the best spot to kill them. They drop lots of deaths and bloods! You'll also get mithril ore, pure essence, herbs, food, and geepees to boot!

Once you go down the ladder to the second lvl, go south past the zombies & giant rats, and then you go into the room which is full of flesh crawlers.
