Spheric1 Posted February 6, 2007 Share Posted February 6, 2007 FYI, the Water Elementals (lvl 34) in the elemental workshop in Seers Village (Elemental Workshop 1 & 2 quests) drop vials of water 100% of the time. Yes, but I thought you didn't want to buy them. You would have to buy the plant cures. If your willing to buy vials, water filled vials are sold in Shilo Village fairly near the bank.
