So ive been reading about barrows armors and weapon, noticed that it says it breaks (degrades) during combat, i was just wondering which items break, and how do you fix them once they break?

Ok, lets say you have a veracs flail and you attack something.

The flail will turn to veracs flail 100

Same with armor, if you get attacked with it on it goes to 100

It eventually goes down to 75, 50, 25 and 0

It take 12 hours of constant combat to degrade the armor to 0.

Since you take little brakes (1 to 10000 secounds) between monsters that will let you use the armor 1 to 2 weeks without the need to fix it.

It has same defence in all levels unless at level 0.

Besides bob's axes you can fix it in your house with a special discount (half your smithing level discount).

LJ not to be mean, but please dont answer every post on the board unless you are sure of the answer.

It is 15 hours of combat for a Barrows Item to break.

You can fix it at Bob's Axes or at an armour stant in a POH for your smithing level +1 then divided by two.

To fully repair (0-100) a full set is 300k. You can find individual repair prices in the knowledge base. fyi, all weapons are same, all helms are same, etc.

perfect grammar is one thing, typing like a drugged monkey and enjoying it is another

AMEN!

The prices are in the Tip-it Barrows Guide but I will paste here for you:

Barrows Helmets: 60k

Barrows Bodies: 90k

Barrows Legs: 80k

Barrows Weapons: 100k

Total repair cost: 330k

Those prices are if you break the set down to 0, if you fix the pieces while they are at 50% then it will be approximately 50% of those prices. Also if you fix in a house then it will be cheaper, just take your smithing level, add 1 to it, divide it by 2 and multiply the price by 100 minus that.

Example:

Smithing Level: 63

(63+1)/2 == 32

100-32 == 68

330k * .68 == 224,400 (take the number from previous step and divide by 100 to get the .68)

So it would cost you 224,400 to fix it from 0 in a house if you have 63 smithing.
