January 29, 200719 yr I think less than 1 hr, lets say you take 25 bars at a time, you make, and each trip takes 30 sec, that will be 200 trips, which will be 100 minutes=1 2/3 hrs. January 30, 200719 yr 25 bars per trip / 5 bars per plate = 5 plates per trip. 1000 bars/ 25 bars per trip = 40 trips. Time one trip to the anvil and back and multiply that by 40. Ta-da.
